Decluttering your mind is the only
process, which makes you calm and more productive, But how do you declutter,
you can declutter by simply saying.
Oh this thing, Declutter this thing
but you see this thing in your mind.
Then you may ask how to do that,
there are many successful men out there, But I have my own way,
Declutter yourself in 3 steps.
1.
Write all the present things in your mind
Thing that you
want in life, things that you need now, things that you will hate, things that
you will wait for, things you expect for, things that angered you, things that
u are sad for, things that made happily, things that you ant buy, things that
you think you can’t do it, things that you didn’t want to lose in your life.
Find the importance of everything that you write in this paper. Find that thing
which makes you different from everything. Things that you mad for. Take a
record of everything, Summarise it and collect the only positive this paper.
Make a latter, seal it and with full heart say this, “This is a message to
God, I trust he will give the needy the required ones”. To make it more
powerful, take a bottle, put the messages in it, throw it on a beach. Don’t look
back and start your book.
2.
Write the negative things in separate
paper
This will
definitely remove the negative vibrations in me actually the whole thing
will be different and so make list o the negative things, and the things that
you hate and anger at, Write them and don’t write it by anger. Write it calm
and trust this will too pass soon.
3.
BURN the paper in front of your eyes.
Easiest step of
all, Burn the paper, in front of your eyes, when you burn them, feel that the
things are burned, this view relaxes your mind and it brings peace to you
mind. The love is relaxed and something will come and relax it. The mental pressure
is gone and recites this Quote 10 times a day
“I am the creator of my life, I am
Healthy”
While doing the third step, you feel that the wrong things around you
leaving you.
I use this method when I am confused about my next step, and I found
out that we stop ourselves from achieving greatness, it’s all because of the mind.
Thoughts and emotions are two-edged swords, make our life so miserable
then you think or it helps to get what you want in life.
